Frequently Asked Questions

Q- How much do your packages cost?

A- Our pricing depends on the day of the week and the season. For pricing email gloriaz@thegardensatmillcreek.com  Be sure to include a date, type of event and approximate guest count. 

Q- Do you include tables and chairs?

A- Yes, we include tables and chairs* (black folding vinyl) for up to 200 guests.  Any additional will need to be rented at your own expense. *We have 200 white wooden folding chairs available for $100 extra.
Q- Is there a private area for the Bride to get ready?

A- Yes, we have ready rooms for both the Bride and the Groom.

Q- Is there an indoor area to set up as well?

A- No, other than the ready rooms, the Gardens is an all outdoor venue.

Q-What happens if it rains?

A- We have information on tents and coverings that can be rented at your additional cost from local vendors. We have pictures of events with tents on our photos page.
Q- Do we get additional time for set up?

A- Yes, we include 3 additional hours for set up. Depending on our event schedule, your set up can be scheduled the day before, the day of or right before your event. 

Q- Do you require a contract and deposit?
A- Yes, a signed contract and a deposit gets your event booked and your date reserved.
Q-Will there be someone from your staff at our event?
A- Yes, we have Gardens staff with you from set up to clean up. You will need to hire your own security.
Q- Can we bring in our own food and drink? 

A- Yes. And you can see our preferred vendor list on this website.
Q- Can we serve alcohol?

A- Yes. All ABC/California alcohol laws must be obeyed. You cannot sell alcohol without a license. Most nonprofits can obtain a 1 day permit to sell alcohol from the local ABC office. Your permit must be posted at bar during the entire permit.
